Women's Vintage Vicky Vaughn Junior Black Formal Cocktail Dress (Excellent Vintage Condition). The Dress is Black in color with Lace/Doily Pattern throughout the top section of the dress. This Dress is from the 1960's & 1970's Era. The Hip area of the Dress divides the Doily Lace from the ruffled flare or bottom with a ring of black tassels that circle the entire Dress. The Dress has a 1/2 Zip Back. Please look at all the Pictures for they best describe the item and its Condition. There are no tags that indicate size so please be sure to carefully examine the measurements. What a Cute Cocktail Dress that has withstood the tests of time!!!
